Exchange and Return Policy
Products must be new and unused to be eligible for exchange or return. They must be returned in their original packaging or box and the original packaging must be in good condition and unopened or torn. We can refuse to accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used or damaged.
Exchange policy:
You can contact our customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the product and tell them about the defective product and you can exchange it within 24 hours.

Exchange cases
1. If the customer receives a product that does not conform to the specifications listed on the website.
2. If there is a breakage, defect or malfunction of the product upon receipt.
3. The item received by the customer is not the same as the one he/she ordered.
4. If you do not like the product even though it has the same specifications that you ordered and there is no defect or malfunction, you can exchange it and pay the difference in delivery fees even if the order is more than 150 shekels.
5. If the product has not been opened and used.

You can contact our customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the product and a refund will be issued within 14 days.
